"Captains Log, Stardate 2376.8..." I grew up watching Star Trek and hearing Capt. James T. Kirk sart most episodes with an entry into the captain's log. I learned that a log is a combination of journal and diary - a written history with commentary. Today we can post our missives on the web and call them web logs or blogs. Blog is such a good name - great sound, rolls off the lips well.
I subscribe to a couple blogs. I enjoy the short updates, news and ideas. Hopefully you'll enjoy reading what I think is important in chiropractic, Five Star and for the chiropractor.
